I had an offer accepted by a landlady through Next Move - they kept the flat on the market, showed it to someone the day after my acceptance, and took an offer from them too. I had asked for a few hours to go through all the paperwork with my guarantor before paying my deposit (after I've been told that my offer was accepted), but the agents called sooner than this trying to put pressure on me to pay immediately. When I asked to speak to a manager because I was upset about these violations of our agreements, the staff including the manager were manipulative and rude.

Never been treated with such incompetence before by estate agents. From the very beginning of the process Next Move have been providing an abysmal service by consistently making contact when monies were involved and by delegating everything else to tenants & landlord. What agent could do to change your mind?
The fee was more than fair. It could have been less if we had given Next Move sole agency but, at that point, we didn't know Nathan and we mistakenly believed having another agent would help. Another time we would give Nathan sole agency.

As well as being a great communicator, Nathan really understands how to market a property to its best advantage and who it will appeal to. Furthermore he was always respectful about the property (e.g. removing shoes and asking viewers to do likewise), and his enthusiastic attitude made each viewing into an enjoyable occasion for all concerned. Once he had found a purchaser, he handled the negotiation really well. Overall, we couldn't have been happier with the service he provided.

I chose Nathan because he seemed more on the ball than the other agents that visited my flat. I made the right choice. He was very quick to get the place online and usually very quick to answer queries. He is clearly in demand, so on occasions (especially over a long dragged-out transaction), it was harder to track him down, though that was understandable enough. He always came across as friendly, upbeat and honest and he is an articulate salesman- no typos all over the place and unconvincing arguments. I would certainly recommend him.

Nathan is professional, focused and enthusiastic. His advice to market immediately, despite the tenanted condition of the property, was spot-on. He is pro-active and arranged viewings shortly after attending to value the property and an asking price offer was accepted that day. When the buyers decided to go with another property, Nathan advised me to hold two 'open day' viewings. Overall, around forty viewers attended, resulting in further offers. I accepted an above asking price one, which has now completed. Nathan was always available to answer my queries and provide advice and kept me updated throughout the transaction. Also, he helped me with some tidying in the property, which I greatly appreciated. Additionally, Nathan is personable and approachable, with a positive outlook. Unfortunately, I didn't have the chance to meet Aysha and only dealt with her by email and telephone, but she too was always helpful and professional.
