Never been treated with such incompetence before by estate agents. From the very beginning of the process Next Move have been providing an abysmal service by consistently making contact when monies were involved and by delegating everything else to tenants & landlord. The fee was more than fair. It could have been less if we had given Next Move sole agency but, at that point, we didn't know Nathan and we mistakenly believed having another agent would help. Another time we would give Nathan sole agency.
