Shockingly bad service. I would recommend to use any other estate agent apart from them. Firstly, they send Travis, who will go to the end of the Earth to get your listing by spending 2 hours if need be, giving an overpriced estimate to get your business then to later reduce it when it gets no interest. Try to charge you 2% fees+VAT at first, which a lot of people probably fall for if it's their first time. After viewings, they pretty much always failed to give feedback on them unless I called and wouldn't even text when a viewing was going to occur. They would just give one phone call and go ahead even if it wasn't answered. They would send someone from the office who knew absolutely nothing about the property to do viewings, who also wouldn't be able to answer prospective buyers' questions. This also occurred when we went to view properties being sold by them. Then, when our property finally did get an offer as we only listed with them because the property we were buying was with them also, consequently the other property we were supposed to buy had been bought by someone else. What a coincidence! They then wanted us to still sell our property while they looked for another property for us. What an absolute joke of a business and I will tell everyone I can to avoid them like the plague.
Extremely overpriced as they do nothing above and beyond other agents.
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
