Our award winning Bradleys Shaldon office is ideally situated on Fore Street in the heart of the village, a high profile location in the busy shopping area. This highly successful team comprises Branch Manager Katherine Edwards, Julie Carden & Ally Burridge. Katherine and Julie have been with Bradleys
since 1998 and Ally joined in 2000. With many years’ experience behind them the girls offer unrivalled knowledge of the local property market. Having worked in the village for so long, they are very well known with the local community and are great supporters of local clubs, organisations and the village primary school . A great advantage is the girls all live locally and have family in the village. The Shaldon Office were awarded Bradleys Office of the Year 2012 and have recently been awarded Bradleys Office of the Year 2013. This highly motivated and successful team are very proud of their awards, they work very hard to achieve the best possible results, often going above and beyond the call of duty.

The staff at Bradleys Shaldon were brilliant in assisting us with finding a new home in Shaldon. Phone calls were always promptly answered, they were very responsive to arranging viewings to suit us, sometimes at very short notice. I appreciated that all 3 staff were always able to help us with our enquiries and they work very well as a team. They were professional, friendly and proactive in meeting our needs. I can not rate them highly enough.

Bradleys were able to come out immediately which was great.
Since I have viewed again with friends, family etc and Bradleys have always been very happy to accommodate this.
Also I have had help with things related, ie how do I use the gas bottles etc?

Complaints Procedure
1. Bradleys is a Member of The Property Ombudsman\'s Scheme and aims to provide the highest standards of service to all our Customers. To ensure that your interests are safeguarded, an Internal Complaints Procedure has been implemented. This provides for the matter to be dealt with internally by the Office Manager or the Department Head. In the event that we are not able to deal with the matter to our mutual satisfaction after following our Internal Complaints Procedure you may refer your complaint in writing to the Property Ombudsman.
2. If you believe you have a complaint, please write in the first instance to the Office Manager or the Department Head at the address of the relevant office.
3. Your complaint will be acknowledged within 3 working days, investigated thoroughly in accordance with the established in-house Procedures, and a reply sent to you within 21 working days of receipt of your letter.
4. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the initial investigation, you are provided with a further opportunity to have the complaint reviewed by our Managing Director at the address given below:
