Simply can't recommend more highly! A huge and heartfelt thank you to the AMAZING #TeamBourne and their Farnham office. Humungous thank you to Adrian Cannon, Adam Pinfield, Rob Skuse, Lauren Girdleston and Louise Ayshford for their commitment, dedication, advice, support and help through what was a challenging ride! What a brilliant team. We met Adam Pinfield back in March 2019 when he came to our Farnham house to discuss marketing our property. From the get go, I was really impressed with their market credentials and felt very confident after meeting Adam that this was the team for the job! Adam helped us to secure the house we wanted to buy locally for which we are very grateful. He was really informative and so professional throughout the negotiations. We needed to sell our house in a challenging market (spring / summer 2019) and Adam got us under offer on the first day our house went onto the market. Sadly, our buyers fell through due to no fault of there's or the team at the Bourne. The house went straight back onto the market and again it was under offer within a week with a second family with Adrian Cannon providing loads of fantastic support. This also did not work out due to a change in circumstance for this family. It was third time lucky and this time the lovely Lauren Girdleston managed to get our house swiftly back under offer within a week of it going back on the market. We then managed to exchange in less than four weeks. Impressive work Team Bourne! During this rollercoaster ride the Bourne managed to keep the whole chain moving forward and together. Thanks to Louise for pulling it all together at the end with the rest of the chain. Thanks to Adrian as he supported us throughout the whole process and always gave us really helpful advice and support. Special thanks also to Rob Skuse who was helped during the five months from start to finish. Rob is great to work with – always positive, honest, helpful and professional. Big thanks to Adam for helping us to secure the house we are buying! I'd really recommend Adam to anyone who wants to get their Farnham property sold. He's a fantastic negotiator and I think he could probably sell ice to eskimos! Finally, a big thanks to the lovely Lauren who was the calming voice of our final sale. She's such a delight to deal with and keeps both the seller and buyer happy! In a nutshell, if you have a house to sell in Farnham I can't recommend them more highly. We're so grateful to you all – thank you so much.

In Farnham, we have a lot of estate agents to choose from. Due to Bourne marketing most of the type of houses we were interested in, we bought and sold through Bourne.
