We have been looking to relocate from Kent, all staff from Looe office have always been supet helpful, friendly and have kept us in mind when relevant properties have arrived on the market. We had a few viewings accompanied by the lovely Tom, he was approachable, helpful, not pushy or trying to sell, ir was refreshing to be able to see properties without any pressure, Tom offered advice and information on local area, overall really good experience. The high level of professionalism, knowledge and expertise provided us with reassurance that our house sale was in the best hands possible.
The team’s approach was always consultative and they worked with us to offer advice whilst listening to and taking on board our preferences, in order to best steer us towards a very successful sale.
Through Ella and her highly competent team we have no doubt that we received the best sale price for our home, and even managed to sell our furniture as part of the sale in keeping with our preferences.
Even after completion, Ella and her team were always on hand to offer advice and were supporting both ourselves and also the buyer to ensure a smooth handover of property information.
We highly recommend the gold package as well, as a cost effective and highly successful vessel to selling your home. It was hassle free utilising Bradley’s recommended solicitors and the 3D online “walk through” of our home was pivotal to gaining many viewings and we feel was a game changer that massively supported the sales process.
There was always someone available at the end of the phone if we had any questions or needed information and we never had to chase the team.
Having experienced other local estate agents I would highly recommend Ella and her team as miles ahead of their competition, they are worth every penny and you will see the return on your investment into them through them maximising the sale potential of your home.

Complaints Procedure
1. Bradleys is a Member of The Property Ombudsman\'s Scheme and aims to provide the highest standards of service to all our Customers. To ensure that your interests are safeguarded, an Internal Complaints Procedure has been implemented. This provides for the matter to be dealt with internally by the Office Manager or the Department Head. In the event that we are not able to deal with the matter to our mutual satisfaction after following our Internal Complaints Procedure you may refer your complaint in writing to the Property Ombudsman.
2. If you believe you have a complaint, please write in the first instance to the Office Manager or the Department Head at the address of the relevant office.
3. Your complaint will be acknowledged within 3 working days, investigated thoroughly in accordance with the established in-house Procedures, and a reply sent to you within 21 working days of receipt of your letter.
4. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the initial investigation, you are provided with a further opportunity to have the complaint reviewed by our Managing Director at the address given below:
