Will has been amazing throughout the whole process of finding me a property and has been brilliant in his follow ups i.e calling back every-time a property was available - he took the time to walk me through the process Will has shown what true customer service is by going over and beyond, even when my own company was not helpful with my referencing he stepped up and took charge of the situation to allow me to move in on time. I am MOHIBUR RAHMAN. I would like to make a complaint against of the estate agents below details:
Choices Estate Agents Limited.
Registered in England 2374716.
Registered office: 2d Carshalton Road, Sutton, Surrey, SM1 4RA.
The colleagues Mr. Ashley Hinds (Rico) view the room. Viewing Date 10-01-2023. After viewing, the room. Mr. Ashley Hinds (Rico) told me if you reserved the room. We will not be viewing anymore. I paid £178.00 (10-01-2023) for reservation. He told me, we will review your documents. If your documents is accepted. You need to pay more £700 for rent month of February 2023. The room will be available from 1st of February 2023.
Mr. Ashley Hinds (Rico) confirm me, the room rent will be £850.00+£38.00 council tax total £888.00 per month.
Property Address: Room 1, 90 Pigott Street, London, E14 7DW
Noted: When I am outside the property. I saw he is viewing the room to other lady.
Next day, I submitted my documents. They told me my income is not enough. I told them, if is not enough (documents is not accepted) please refund my reservation money.
Now they told me, we cannot refund your money. I told them, if you do not refund my give me the room.
Could you please confirm me, what should I do now?

I sold my property through Choices and was happy with the service throughout a lengthy and frustrating process (selling and buying).
Choices were extremely proactive in chasing solicitors and I felt Sam in particular went the extra mile to make sure the sale got over the line.
Stuart made me feel at ease when it looked as if the chain were to fall through and in the end it all worked out.
Choices use a unique model where the buyer pays the fee but it definitely works and i got a reasonable price for my property. Highly recommended.

Been a landlady through Choices for the last 17 months and all they caused me was trouble. And I had to pay for this privilege. We chose full management so we thought we would have less hassle but we ended up dealing with the tenant directly. First month they stated that the tenant didn't pay the rent then 2 weeks later it miraculously appeared, they got the shower fixed which broke the following day, I kept finding unauthorised random charges on the invoice, they don't reply to your e-mails and when you call they promise to call you back which they never do and so on.

They made themselves the subtenant to increase the charges without our agreement.
When the tenant refused to pay they did not even know where she worked !! Lots of hidden fees - and recharges to the landlord when the tenant dis not pay.

I agreed to use Choices due to a recommendation from a friend and more specifically Will. Within a week he managed to let out my property obtain a rental above that which other estate agents mentioned was achievable.
