This week we are still waiting on a decision from the landlady on replacing the boiler. Imagine everyday having to boil the kettle and attempting to shower with a cup? It's winter, it's cold and we're in a pandemic.

5 years paying £1600 a month never missing a payment and this is how they respond.
Time to move out.

Totally unprofessional and unreliable agency. Sent us confirmation for the viewing and the next day we went there, they were late therefore we called them.
