Jon the Manger of the St Ives branch went that extra mile reference our purchase of 6 St Margaret's Carbis Bay. A very laid back approach that made us both feel comfortable, he delivered on his promises and dealt with us in person, always returning phone calls. We are just in the process of purchasing our new dream home in Lelant. This is totally due to the incredible team at Bradley's St Ives. Initially we had contact with Vicky, and although the property we saw did not meet our needs Vicky supplied us with options and was extremely helpful in assisting us to realise our requirements.
After 3 weeks of looking at properties and feeling drained, on our penultimate day in Cornwall, out of the blue 'a star appeared' in the shape of Jessica, who phoned to inform us a sale had fallen through and she thought we were well suited to the property, as we had a long drive back to Doncaster Jessica managed to get us a very quick viewing, and we immediately fell in love with the house and put an offer in. We feel Jess tipped the balance with the vendors and we have nothing but praise for her and her professionalism and the whole team at Bradley's St Ives.Looking forward to seeing you all soon. Would highly recommend this team to any prospective buyers or sellers!

This could have been a "problem property" even for St Ives! However, after very few viewings, they identified a suitable and enthusiastic purchaser and the rest is history. They kept me informed on a regular basis and were very helpful when I had any queries or needed advice on any part of the sale and move. Everyone of them worked tirelessly to help us purchase this property despite obstacles ( not their or our fault ) Nothing deterred them and they supported all our needs all the way
They ALL went above and beyond to make this happen and NOTHING was too much trouble - always polite calm and helpful and professional
It’s what you always want but don’t always get
We have experience of several estate agents and some in this town but these guys lead the pack by a mile
We would not hesitate in using them to buy or sell and we cannot thank them enough

Complaints Procedure
1. Bradleys is a Member of The Property Ombudsman\'s Scheme and aims to provide the highest standards of service to all our Customers. To ensure that your interests are safeguarded, an Internal Complaints Procedure has been implemented. This provides for the matter to be dealt with internally by the Office Manager or the Department Head. In the event that we are not able to deal with the matter to our mutual satisfaction after following our Internal Complaints Procedure you may refer your complaint in writing to the Property Ombudsman.
2. If you believe you have a complaint, please write in the first instance to the Office Manager or the Department Head at the address of the relevant office.
3. Your complaint will be acknowledged within 3 working days, investigated thoroughly in accordance with the established in-house Procedures, and a reply sent to you within 21 working days of receipt of your letter.
4. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the initial investigation, you are provided with a further opportunity to have the complaint reviewed by our Managing Director at the address given below:
