Absolutely awful estate agents. Couldn’t fix basic issues in our flat, they use awful tradesmen who literally cause more damage than they fix. Absolutely awful estate agents. Couldn’t fix basic issues in our flat, they use awful tradesmen who literally cause more damage than they fix. Easily the dodgiest agent I had to rent trough in London in 5+ years.
1) they told the landlord amid coronavirus that rental prices didn't change
2) they kept marketing me OTHER properties at discounted prices whilst doing this
3) they were incredibly unhelpful in terms of solving house problems and tried making me do plumbing operations i wasn't qualified to do (and none of my prior agents tried making me do)
4) now they are trying to use a fine print in the contract to turn the break clause into 3 months instead of 2 months.

My husband and I were searching for a house through several agencies and online when we met Lak Singh at one viewing, but then unlike ALL other estate agents, he was amazing and found us (as cheesy as it sounds) our dream home! He called us without fail for a catch up every week and kept bringing houses to us, even when we had lost hope or felt a bit jaded. He has been super-quick to respond, works around you to help where he can, and works within your area or budget - which sounds obvious but not the case with other agents. He is genuinely just a gem. He also has a lovely non-pushy mannerism, which counts for a lot, but gets the results. All round, a great guy!

I am very impressed with the professionalism of the agency and in particular - Billy.
I was shown 2 properties over 24 hours - both very much fitting my criteria ( which might have been just luck of availability); but nonetheless Billy was both honest, acknowledging my concerns and following up on my decision.
The entire process was very smooth and well documented with clear communication over email. For once, the real estate market in London gave me hope. Keep it up, thanks

There was a quick response and large degree of flexibility with respect to my own schedule.
Both gentlemen were professional and courteous, unfortunately this does not allow me to leave a 5 star review.
The property location was the dealbreaker, which isn't anyone's fault (except local residents).
