Excellent from start to finish.
Sharon and Harry from the Plympton branch couldn't do enough to help, they were excellent. The highlight of the whole process was the communications from Harry or Sharon to me. Even if there was no progress with solicitors I would get informed and asked to nudge things along.
Sharon and Harry are a credit to Bradleys. I wholly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

Sold my property and also purchased my next property using Bradleys at Plympton and found all the staff (particularly Sharon) to be extremely professional and knowledgeable. I used their all inclusive package which worked well for me. My property was sold the first day of marketing and they also valued it higher than other local agents had. I found nothing was too much trouble for the team and questions were dealt with almost immediately and telephone calls returned straight away which is unusual! I would recommend Bradleys Plympton without hesitation.

Not really one for writing reviews but this case I decided to make an exception. We originally opted for another Estate Agent but luckily were recommended to try Bradley’s which we did. Within a few days of being on the market we were already getting offers a lot higher than the original Estate Agents suggested we could get for the property. All in all we are extremely happy with the service we received from Bradley’s and were constantly updated with information. The team at Bradley’s we’re all very pleasant, approachable and well informed. Thank you guys and best wishes for the future.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
Complaints Procedure
1. Bradleys is a Member of The Property Ombudsman\'s Scheme and aims to provide the highest standards of service to all our Customers. To ensure that your interests are safeguarded, an Internal Complaints Procedure has been implemented. This provides for the matter to be dealt with internally by the Office Manager or the Department Head. In the event that we are not able to deal with the matter to our mutual satisfaction after following our Internal Complaints Procedure you may refer your complaint in writing to the Property Ombudsman.
2. If you believe you have a complaint, please write in the first instance to the Office Manager or the Department Head at the address of the relevant office.
3. Your complaint will be acknowledged within 3 working days, investigated thoroughly in accordance with the established in-house Procedures, and a reply sent to you within 21 working days of receipt of your letter.
4. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the initial investigation, you are provided with a further opportunity to have the complaint reviewed by our Managing Director at the address given below:
