I was on the Touchstone Education database and they introduced me to Diamond Estates who sold me a renovation project through their armchair investors club. The builder that they recommended took £16K from me and did hardly any of the work. They now refuse to address the issue with the builder.

Jan 15, 2021I was on the Touchstone Education database and they introduced me to Diamond Estates who sold me Rent To Buy. Nobody contacted me until the 14 day cooling off period was over then they run the reports for my properties. Unfortunately I decided not to proceed and then they said I could not get a refund.
