We decided to use Portico in Woodford, after we spoke to two other Agents in the area and they were most unimpressive. Daniel Cantle from Portico however, was like a breath of fresh air and restored our faith in Estate Agents. He and his team were totally attentive throughout the whole process finding a suitable buyer within 1 week. Outstanding service from Daniel and would highly recommend without hesitation.

We sold our family home via Daniel Cantle and his team at Portico and they have been an absolute dream to deal with. Estate agents don't always have a good reputation but Daniel is one of the good ones and we considered him to be more of an advisor than a salesperson.
Can't recommend him and his team highly enough.

exceeded all my expectations by miles
Dan in particular was very professional and was instrumental in selling a property for us quickly in Woodford Green Essex I explained I lived 200 miles away and my mother had gone into a nursing home unexpectedly leaving us with a real dilemma on our hands
Dan came to our rescue and found us a firm to empty all the contents for a very very reasonable price then the same again for a Locksmith
He came to meet me at the property at short notice well past 6.30 pm ,nothing was too much trouble
He had all the photos and sale ect live on all major web sites within 3 days
Then within another week we had over 50 offers and 22 actual viewings carried out by Dan and his team inc Bilal Ahmed who was also very professional and hard working
Portico sifted through all the offers and advised us which one to go with
If you could clone these guys you’d have a world full of perfect Estate Agents
Well Done Portico you have a great asset in Dan and Bilal

Portico recently marketed and sold a property (on our behalf) in Woodford. From marketing to Sale, Daniel and the team delivered beyond expectation. There are a number of reasons as to why Portico stood out for me; 1. Marketing - Portico’s marketing of our property i.e., photographs & literature is leaps and bounds ahead of other agents I’ve dealt with 2. Communication - Is second to none. Daniel (and his team) would provide me with daily/weekly updates - I never felt as though I was chasing them for an update 3. Leads - The property was previously listed by 2 other agents in the area. The no. of viewings arranged in 6 weeks by Portico, exceeded the combined viewings of the other 2 agents in a 7-month period – the team simply arranged and conducted more viewings Having dealt with all manner of estate agents over the last 15 years, the experience with Portico has for us, instilled some faith in the industry.
