In my recent experience, I must say I have been pleasantly surprised from start to finish with Outlook Property. I cautiously read previous reviews and hoped I would have as good of an experience as other reviewers, and Outlook did not disappoint. It was such a professional and pleasant experience, and I highly recommend their service.

I been ask to fix issues in the hous since the first of July.
The maintenance came to momentarily fix something that get broken again. I been ask the agency to come and fix many other things, they came to check and they disappears. I still have many things broken in the house, I been waiting for 3 month and they find always an excuse ti make me wait or they do not reply at all. To do not mansion the disgusting burned carpet I have in my room, they came to look at it even if they knew before I move in the flat and nothing else. This agency is really good at teasing. Ugly service. Do not raccomand at all

Very disappointed with their services. For One Month and a Half I am not able to get the deposit back, the only person available to offer any information is * which is always on meetings and always busy and not available to talk on the phone. Can you believe that for One Month and Half I was not able to get hold of her and she is the only one responsible for my deposit (no one else can help, this is what all the staff from Outlook says) even if you go to the branch you hear back "unfortunately only Ms *can help, she is the Property Manager" Really annoying and in the same time is funny how they treat their ex tenants. How you can become a Manager if you are not able to manage with the customers, how? Is there any Operations Manager that can handle and solve the problem?

George helped during my property search, he was always very friendly and very professional in his demeanour. Whenever I had any questions or concerns, he deemed them valid and always ensured that I was well informed and up-to-date with any updates. Not only this, but I requested to view the property a few times to solidify my decision and he did not hesitate once to work around my timetable. He is a true asset to Outlook property and made the whole process of moving extremely efficient and smooth

I had the luck to work with Simon during a very busy and hectic period both for him and for me to find a suitable property to move in. I can say that it has been the best cooperation I had so far with an estate agent.
He has always made feel safe and made my needs his priority. He payed attention to all the details that mattered to me and found me the perfect property. I felt he always had the best interest for both the landlord and the tenant in his mind and went many extra miles to bridge any differences between the two sides. As a bonus to his exceptional professionalism, he has a very pleasant character to work with. He's very polite, caring, funny and always available which made the communication with him to be a pleasure.
I would recommend Simon without any hesitation and I definitely look forward to working with him in the future.

Ήταν πάρα πάρα πολύ ευγενικός άνθρωπος δέν κουράστηκε με μένα δεν είπε ποτέ: έχω δουλειά ,δεν μπορώ τώρα αλλά πάντα μού απάντησε με πολύ ευγενία. Έτσι ήταν από την αρχή και μέχρι στο τέλος που πήραμε το σπίτι.

We have recently rented a property through Outlook and could not be happier. Anila was superb from start to finish. She was professional as well as friendly throughout the whole time and kept us up to date with the progress on our offer, referencing, contract signing etc.
One thing is worth to note is that her responses to our queries/issues were really fast and solutions were quickly found. She even came to the house to look into the particular issue herself which shows that she goes above and beyond for the tenants.
As I already mentioned, I could not be happier renting through Outlook and dealing with Anila!

1) After my first year when tenancy was due for renewal, I was sent the renewal documents online and signed them. That was about 2 days before the end of fixed term. A few days later, they call me to come to the branch as soon as possible, to sign backdated documents. Apparently, renewals were not business priority and they forgot to process the documents online before they expired
2) After I sent my termination notice, they started search for a new tenant. First person viewing booked the property and the agency informed me that there would be no more viewings. About a week later I went for holidays a few time zones away, and in the middle of the night the agent starts to bother me that she needs to access the property for an extra viewing or the new tenant wouldn't sign and the deal would fall through. Obviously, the property was not ready for viewing, but after an hour I found a workable solution, and then she realizes … that she doesn't have access to keys. The deal fell through, but it later turned out that there was a spare key with the agency. As if this wasn't ridiculous enough, another 2 weeks later, also while away travelling, I got a random call from her manager: 'I'm at the property for a viewing, but I cannot access'. Scheduling is one of the basic skills you'd expect from an estate agent, but they're certainly missing it.
3) Now comes the best part of the story. Finally, I moved out, and requested my deposit to be returned. 15 working day deadline for proposing deductions and deposit refund passed. I sent an email, another email, called up the branch manager and no effect, often no response. So, a month after moving out I filed a complaint with TDS. Another 2 weeks later, as if understanding the very clear provisions of the contract was too difficult, they messaged me that they would be searching for deductions for cleaning and other minor issues. When I submitted my evidence statement to TDS, proving their breach of the tenancy agreement, they realized they stand no chances, and refunded me in full within a few hours.
As part of the responsibility is with the head office, I will not be tagging specific agents in my review, but my overall experience with Outlook Property was 1 star. So happy I will not have to deal with them in the future.
