I live in a property managed by Foxtons and there are multiple issues which never get fixed - avoid Foxtons managed properties as they dont care about thier tenants!! - the shower is leaking, foxtons put some silicon and say 'its sorted' - the leak left a discolored patch on the kitchen cieling, Foxtons' won't repaint it - Foxtons did not give me keys to the inner doors - one door got locked by mistake, Foxtons' sent a locksmith that removed the lock. now there's a whole in the door and Foxtons wont fix it - there is a broken shelf in the bathroom cupboard. Foxtons wont fix it - the fan in the toilet ws short circuiting the electrics. Foxtons disconnected it but wont replace it - The main electric board is under the kitchen worktop, just by the washing machine pipes. Foxtons see no issue with that and wont move the board. - Foxtons wont produce an electical safety report as they are not legally bound to produce one till June

If there was a review for minus 1 I would have chosen minus 10 for this agency! From the start of the tenancy they broke an agreement to have the place in good repair BEFORE I moved in, the flat had not even been cleaned in the midst of covid!
