A truely evil company that should be avoided at all costs. Stalling sale of flat since September 2019. This started because they tried to bully us into using one of their solicitors. This was due to the solicitor we chose having attempted to stop A2 Dominion stalling a previous sale for a tenant until he paid a resale fee on 100% of the value of his property rather than based on the (less than 50%) he owned. Knowing we had to move out of the 1 bedroom flat as our 2nd child was on the way, Scott and the sale team played a truely evil game since then, stressing a pregnant mother to the point where she couldnt eat, brought on a nervous breakdown for me. When I told them i would start protesting outside their office they called the police and had the door and part of the wall of our property which they knew had been empty for many months smashed off. Lied to our MP about getting a survey completed to allow the sale of our property. Have us on the verge of bankruptcy. Over 500 emails on including emails to every board member, Director and Manager informing them of the situation. Silenced media that contacted us to help publicise their behaviour with a threat of legal action if they reported on their behaviour. Current estimation of damages before they will let us sell - £100k+ costs of sale which they have told us they will block until at least 2023. They offered about £100 compensation. Please keep an eye on social media for an impending A2 Residents Lives Matter protest, it would seem this is the only way we can highlight the behaviour of this terrible company and have the staff directing, allowing and commiting these crimes against society named, shamed, sacked and brought to justice.

I was a tenant of A2dominion for nearly 10 years. They have overcharged me for services over these past years. When I asked for a statement and to reconcile my account. Incredibly disappointing. A2 play the game of grinding you down until you give up and stop trying to resolve your issue.
