Worst service I've ever seen!!! We bought this "apartment " 11 years ago. They don't care about anything except ripping us out of money for unexplained repairs and service charges!!! I haven't received any response for any of my emails from 2018!!! They first charging for unexplained additional service charges and then sending letters regarding this. They don't care about safety or the environment. The flats had perfectly good, green bushes outside but they had to cut them down and replaced them with rocks and didn't ask anyone for permissions in addition they charged everyone for it. Secondly, they don't care about safety because "apparently " they can't afford cameras just incase of an unexpected incident but they can afford a environmental distraction.
No procedure set.

A truely evil company that should be avoided at all costs. Stalling sale of flat since September 2019. This started because they tried to bully us into using one of their solicitors. Incredibly disappointing. A2 play the game of grinding you down until you give up and stop trying to resolve your issue.
