We rented late parents bungalow and were pleased with the service provided and the lovely tenant that was with us for 2.5 years. Also used Northwoods Leicester for the sale of the bungalow and although progress of the sale was somewhat slow because of Covid-19 we got there in the end without too much stress. Thank you to Gosia and her team for making both letting and selling as smooth as it could be.

In the first instance, complaints are directed to the local office, Northwood (Leicester) Ltd, where any matters will be reviewed by the Director in an impartial fashion and a viewpoint reached as to validity of the complaint; this will be communicated to the client in writing. Thereafter, if this is deemed insufficient, issues can be elevated to the Franchise Office of Northwood (GB) Ltd, and if necessary then to The Property Ombudsman. The whole complaints procedure is available in written form on request.
