Disgraceful. After a 6 month tenancy they took the majority of my daughter’s deposit. They claimed it needed completely redecorating and cleaning which was outrageous. There were minor marks on the walls which where fair wear and tear, a small mark on the carpet and A HAIR in the shower so it needed cleaning. I, having previously worked as a property manager, cleaned and inspected the apartment and was meticulous. They are dishonest and unreasonable. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!

Jan 5, 2021I can totally believe this. Where tenents are concerns, they are a bunch of dishonest and sly sharks. Follow Michelle's advice to avoid at all costs, if you value your sanity.

If you can reduce the agent fees its good for custermers anyway as your company do effective and freindly work throughout the tenancy period its worth.

I called lots of agencies to book viewings and this was the only agency which practically put me off the viewing in the manor in which they spoke to me.
