Disgraceful. After a 6 month tenancy they took the majority of my daughter’s deposit. They claimed it needed completely redecorating and cleaning which was outrageous. There were minor marks on the walls which where fair wear and tear, a small mark on the carpet and A HAIR in the shower... Read Full Review

Disgraceful. After a 6 month tenancy they took the majority of my daughter’s deposit. They claimed it needed completely redecorating and cleaning which was outrageous. There were minor marks on the walls which where fair wear and tear, a small mark on the carpet and A HAIR in the shower so it needed cleaning. I, having previously worked as a property manager, cleaned and inspected the apartment and was meticulous. They are dishonest and unreasonable. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!

If you can reduce the agent fees its good for custermers anyway as your company do effective and freindly work throughout the tenancy period its worth.

I called lots of agencies to book viewings and this was the only agency which practically put me off the viewing in the manor in which they spoke to me. I called lots of agencies to book viewings and this was the only agency which practically put me off the viewing in the manor in which they spoke to me. I went ahead anyway with my partner to view the house, the estate agent was very scatty and u organised, luckily the vendor was there to answer questions for us. At the end of the very quick viewing the estate agent asked me and my partner on the spot in front of the vendor what our thoughts were which we felt was a bit rude. I had a follow up call to ask my thoughts again to which I said the viewing was very rushed and unorganised to which no apology was made. Luckily we've had great viewings from other estate agents all of which have answered any questions we had and showed us around in a relaxed way without orders of where we had to go first.
