Unprofessional. Despite having agreed a price, while arranging paperwork and transfers LV responses went quiet. It turns out the reason for this, negotiating a sale on on more "favorable" terms. If you are looking for a personal and honourable service with good communication and common decency then beware.

Apr 15, 2021Placed our property with them for sale after reading fabulous reviews. Jas spoke to me only once, giving the impression he would sell it without problem then disappeared off the radar. Never returned a call. All I got was "drop the asking". Having dropped by £50,000 they only had 2 viewings over many, many months. No longer instructed.

Forced to pay a membership fee. Change the name please. More like admin and profit in your pocket. I wasn't shown anything to do with how the shower works, the locks (don't even lock.internally), no reply in 4 days about the locks.noy working, handed keys and signed on your premises (No walk through on the property - came from London) that means your inventory is invalid!! As above your locks don't work! Checks were not done properly!
