i have been liaising with Sophie And Aimee from LV Property about when to sell my property, they have advised me of the best time to sell due to the current cladding conditions and have kept contact with me ever since our telephone conversation. Aimee was completely transparent and told me the hard truth of the current cladding situation, and Sophie has kept contact with me to update me on any new rules / regulations. Jaspal has been just as helpful with making time for my phone calls late into the evening due to my work commitments, you don't hear of an agent taking your phone call at 8pm anywhere else, i will be selling with them when the time is right.

i have been liaising with Sophie And Aimee from LV Property about when to sell my property, they have advised me of the best time to sell due to the current cladding conditions and have kept contact with me ever since our telephone conversation. Aimee was completely transparent and told me the hard truth of the current cladding situation, and Sophie has kept contact with me to update me on any new rules / regulations. Jaspal has been just as helpful with making time for my phone calls late into the evening due to my work commitments, you don't hear of an agent taking your phone call at 8pm anywhere else, i will be selling with them when the time is right.

Terrible agents just after your money with no service. I was a victim of fraud at the last minute and lost all of my money this agent did not care and just wanted me to carry on even though I had lost my deposit unbelivable pressure from them at a terrible time.
Police were involved and it took 12 months to get my money back LV refused to give me my holding deposit back of £1500 saying it was my faut I backed out I took them to property ombudsman and won my case.
No customer thought from the team at all they were only interested in money and me signing for something I no longer had the money for SHAME ON YOU LV we went through hell and you added to it I came out on top 12 months later

Horrendous experience letting my apartment in Central Birmingham. Lee Grogan and Jaspal Singh promised great things and did not even obtain a single viewing in 3 weeks. In that time, my other agent had 9 viewings and 3 offers at the asking price. They did not even bother to go to the apartment and take pictures, and used the other agents one instead. Stay clear!

Forced to pay a membership fee. Change the name please. More like admin and profit in your pocket. I wasn't shown anything to do with how the shower works, the locks (don't even lock.internally), no reply in 4 days about the locks.noy working, handed keys and signed on your premises (No walk through on the property - came from London) that means your inventory is invalid!! As above your locks don't work! Checks were not done properly!

Understand you are all to busy.
It's taken a week to get rid of this horrible cigarette smell in this property. The place stunk and still does!!! Disappointed with the cleaning side of things.
Even more so with the lack of communication with this property!
If i ever have a break in I will hold LV property accountable as I have already called and emailed about the locks. Not follow up call or email which really shows how sales focused the business is.
I was forced to pay a 'membership fee' YES NO OPTION' (change the name it is an extortiannate admin charge) which i feel should be looked in to as I expected a good level off communication at minimal. (This part makes me want to really swear as it was never informed until the very end). Even so I paid it!!!!
If i do not get a reply today I will escalate this as my safety in this property along with any goods are being compromised when inside.
No reply today I will move forward with an official complaint.
I messaged on Wednesday
This emal was already sent and ill be sure to refer services and how i was forced to take a memberhsip fee (last minute over then phone).

My son got a job in central Birmingham and we had to find a flat for him to rent. After the frustration of using one of the larger agents we walked into the Warstone Street office of LV to see if they could help. Both Josh and Jas were exceptionally helpful and really went out of their way to try to find my son a one bedroomed flat in The Jewellery Quarter. While in the LV office we asked about the new Metal Works development. Again, Josh could not have been more helpful and introduced me to the lady in the sales office. We decided that we wanted to buy 2 appartments - one for my son to live in and one to rent out. Josh and Jas were very helpful and guided us on the best appartments to buy (off plan) and helped negotiate a better price. Their ongoing communication and support has been excellent and we will be asking them to manage our rental appartment. In an industry which does not normally impress LV have been simply excellent.I would have no hesitation to recommend their services to anyone.

I have recently moved from London to Birmingham after I was offered a new job in the city. I came across LV Property after seeing a beautiful property advertised on Right move. I phoned up immediately and spoke to Josh on the phone. He was very polite and knew immediately what property I was on about. After a short discussion with Josh about the property we had booked in a viewing for the morning of the following day.
The following morning I set off from London to meet Josh at our arranged time. I was meeting Josh at the office for 11.30am but I arrived early. I was welcomed to the office by Jas, who is the director; we had a great chat waiting for Josh to come back from another appointment. He offered me a drink as soon as I sat down and we spoke about my background in London. He has a great knowledge of property throughout the country. He reassured me that Birmingham would be a great move for me and made me all that more excited to see the property.
Once Josh had arrived back into the office we went straight to the property. He was a lovely young gentleman and was very enthusiastic. We got to the property and it was fantastic, the furnishings in the property were beautiful and I fell in love with it instantly. The only thing I was worried about was the distance the property would be from my new workplace. Josh then offered to take me the journey from the property to where my office would be based to show me how long my journey would take. I thought this was exceptional customer service. I then went back to the office to reserve the property there and then. I still wanted my husband to see it but I knew he would love it.
We sent over all documents required and started through the process of renting the property. We had arranged a time for the following Tuesday for myself and my partner to come and see the property. We had booked it in for later in the afternoon but due to the shocking amount of traffic we realised we would not make it to the office until at least 6.30. We phoned to tell the office that we would have to rearrange for another day but Jas told us he was happy to wait around for my husband to see the property. We then arrived at the office at 6.45 and went straight to the property. Jas put no pressure on us to rush the viewing and told us to take our time and answered all questions my husband was asking. He also recommended some great bars and restaurants in the area. After around 20 minutes my husband was as happy as I with the property.
Upon our move in date, which was due to be Friday 5th September, the company I work for had informed me they would need me in from the 2th. I was informed this on the Friday before which made me panic as I wanted to be in the property before I started. I phoned the office to see what they could do and Josh informed me he was happy to come into the office on the Monday to sign the contracts and move us in although it was a bank holiday. We were over the moon with this offer and were so grateful.
On the Monday we met Josh at the office at 10am and he had the contracts ready and waiting to be signed along with all other documents we needed. He then took us to the property to make sure we had settled in properly. We didn't want to keep him too long as he had only came into the office for us but he insisted on making sure we were comfortable before leaving us.
We thought the effort put in from LV was fantastic; they went above and beyond for us and have never experienced customer service like it. We received a call from Jas on Friday evening from Jas before he left the office to ensure we had settled in comfortably. The service provided has been unbelievable and we would recommend LV to anyone that ever asked.
Can't thank you guys enough making what could have been a stressful experience very smooth.

I have recently sold my property through LV Property based in the Jewellery Quarter and I cannot speak highly enough of them. Jas has developed a great company with a team who are quick and efficient. Josh was on the other end of the phone whatever time of day I needed him, as I work very long hours I was usually speaking to him late in the evening for updates but he never had a problem speaking to me and was very polite. Fantastic company with great staff.
