We moved from King and Chasemore after a 3 month failed attempt to sell our house. Heidi at Ashington Branch was key to us moving since she demonstrated a passion to sell our house that was not displayed by any other agent. Within 2 weeks she had arranged an open house with 14 people in attendance (our last agent failed to conduct an open house after having no potential buyers apply). We received an offer 2 weeks after our open house which after some negotiation also facilitated by Heidi we accepted. In the months leading up to the completion we encountered many problems since the sellers of the house we purchased could not find a suitable house to move to. Heidi worked with the whole chain including the agents for the people we were buying from. At exchange of contracts we discovered to our horror that the bottom of the chain had been lying about their mortgage and on the day of exchange it was revealed they did not have an agreed mortgage. Heidi immediately took control and managed to negotiate a cash purchase from our buyers despite very tight timescales. The communication throughout all this process was superb and she managed us through the whole process including tears and tantrums with expert care and empathy. If your selling your house in Ashingston/Storrington area. Call Heidi at Ashington branch. You won't be disappointed with the service - it's excellent.
