I. contacted Aldreds Great Yarmouth when I see a flat I like up for rent. I explained my problem, no one had the decency to contact me about it they just invited me to view the property. I spoke to the staff member at the flat that obviously fell on deaf ears. I contacted them again when I see the flat back up to let. I then found out they didn't even bother to send the application to the landlord. Just went through the motions with me then totally ignored my application. That proves they don't and won't deal with problems just want everything straight forward. My advice go else where there are msnh more agencies out there.

I’ve often wondered what agents do to earn their fee. I wonder no more!
The Stalham team at Aldreds have been incredible throughout the sale of my house. My sale has not been without issue (not to do with Aldreds!) and Aldreds have helped me to navigate through each hurdle. They’ve been approachable, professional and really nice to deal with through the whole process.

A number of viewings were booked and there was a great deal of interest. Within a couple of weeks we had a number of offers and agreed to accept one at the full asking price. The sale went through within 8 weeks.

A couple of years earlier I had put the house on the market with an online agent. Had a single viewing and no response. Having experienced this I have no hesitation in recommending Aldreds for a top class job.

And done to the cheapest standards not through the workmen's fault ie had replacement radiator workmen requested one that was ment to be installed for that size room. No was the answer so small one installed. Coal fire is cracked and grate in fire too small.only form of heating downstairs bar 1 convector heater in hall. Had more than 10 home inspections in 24 months .Gave themmore than £13.000

As i am leaving for new property requested my deposit back. I have been stopped money as according to them the bathroom needs domestic cleaning as do the cupboards.. WHAT A CROCK...bathroom is all tiled and was cleaned..as we're the cupboards. .. absolutely knew they would withold some of my deposit just because they can....this is an honest account and review I have all paperwork to validate my review......in summary over priced poorly maintained property with overbearing inspection. And at the end of your tenancy be prepared to be short changed out of your deposit.

My husband and I sold our house in Oct 17, and have only good things to say about the level of service provided by Aldreds. We had three local agents out to value our home but as soon as I met Paul I knew that he and his team would do everything possible to sell our home. At times they were ahead of the our Solicitor with updates as Becky maintained regular contact with all parties and kept us fully informed. At one stage we were in danger of possibly losing our buyer but the knowledge and professionalism of Paul's team reassured our buyer and we were once again back on track. I have bought and sold several houses over the past 20 years with mixed views of the service provided by other agents, but I would not hesitate to use Aldreds again as they were absolutely excellent. Once again thank you so much for keeping me relatively sane through the stressful selling process I would not hesitate to recommend you.
