We started off well, but we had a flew complication with the property we wanted to take. We were notified two days before our moving day that we couldn’t move in as the landlord had unfortunately pulled out. so you can imagine how panicked we were. But Joshua and Kirsty worked so hard and found us a subtitute and did their absolute best to try to accommodate to such an extreme situation! In the end the place they found for us was perfect! And we are honestly so happy we went through with them and also had Joshua and Kirsty helping us through the whole process! They were professional, compassionate and understanding and honestly I’ve never had agents that cared so much about our well -being and our situation. Be it was refreshing! These two honestly I could go on and on about how great they were.
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
