I made the best decision by choosing Hunters to sell my home. I have been very impressed with the team at Chesterfield; their professionalism and service, from marketing, excellent communication and negotiation skills. In particular I have maintained a very positive relationship with Donna Lowe. Donna has been a great support; she has worked very hard for me when things have taken longer than expected. She has listened, and negotiated with all parties to keep me updated and reassured. I respected Donna's calm manner, experience and knowledge. If you are searching for a good estate agent, I would highly recommend Hunters.
Its rarely used - but just in case!!....

HUNTERS ESTATE AGENTS
This information sets out the procedure you should follow if you wish to complain. You can be sure that we will do our utmost to handle your complaint quickly and efficiently.

Please provide your daytime telephone number and details of your complaint including which staff member you have dealt with. We will endeavour to resolve your complaint and formally respond to you within 5 working days. In the case of more detailed complaints, we may be unable to respond to you within this timescale, where this is applicable we will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 5 working days and advise you of the time it will take to provide a detailed response.
If, in your opinion, your concern still remains unresolved you have the option to take your complaint to the local Trading Standards Officer at Chesterfield Borough Council, or consult your legal adviser.
Alternatively, as we are members of the Property Ombudsman you can find more helpful information at www.tpos.co.uk .
