Space Lettings agency in St Albans do not return calls. Their management team couldn't manage to open a communal cupboard for us to read our metre for over 2 weeks. In the end the only way you could get any answers was by sitting on the phone and refusing to get off until you had an answer. Constantly trying to fob you off and suggest you call someone else. Terrible customer service as a tenant I wouldn't go through them again and as a landlord myself I would NEVER use space!
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
