Tried using them last year and they were horrific, tried again this year and shocker, they were bad again, if you can go through a different agency, definitely do, although half the ones in reading r rubbish to say the least

Space Lettings agency in St Albans do not return calls. Their management team couldn't manage to open a communal cupboard for us to read our metre for over 2 weeks. Space are very professional and trustworthy. I've rented with them in 2009 and in 2015. I've only worked with them to the extent of being a tenant and Space only handled the legal side, with the landlords running management. Compared to many agents I've tried to use, ... Read Full Review

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
