After my first buyer pulled out very late in the process due to unforeseen circumstances they managed to get it resold within 72 hours for the asking price which made the whole process stress free. Phillips George Estate Agents are amazing. From the very first contact up to the exchange of keys they have been honest, reliable, responsive and friendly. Our sale and purchase has taken around 6 months to complete with several hiccups along the way. Clare and her team have dealt with all of these in a prompt and professional way, and were able to give us reliable advice at every stage. Their communication with clients is second to none, I always felt in the loop with every stage of the process and would have regular emails and phone calls. Clare always reassured me that their priority is their client, and that they would fight for anything in their favour. Nothing was to silly to ask or to little to action. Its true - moving house is stressful! Leave it in the safe hands of the Phillips George team - you won't regret it!

I thought that all reviews were made up, and I would never write one, but having dealt with Phillips George I felt compelled that I should let anyone who is thinking of using an estate agent to sell they should know and contact Phillips George.
During a two-year period, we tried to sell our house using 4 Estate agents with in the area including a nationally advertised one, in this period you could count on just two hands the number of viewings they generated. Most of these viewings were people who were not interested just noisy, which was obvious these Agents did not vet them as they should. They did not keep us informed, it was us that chase them and when we did you felt they were doing us a favour, stating what do you expect in this climate.
Then we meet the people at Phillips George, what a complete difference, they were extremely professional in every department, their knowledge of the area was excellent and they were very polite when speaking with them and nothing was to much trouble. They vetted every interested and only the people who they consider were interested in purchasing the property would they allow to view, and that was more than all the other agents had managed. We contacted them in October 2019 and by March 2020 we had sold only for Covid we would have moved earlier. Even through the covid period they kept us informed of any developments. I cannot recommend Phillips George too highly. I can say that over the many years I have sold and purchased properties the company and the people are the best I have dealt with and would have no problems in using them in the future.

Couldn’t recommend Philips George estate agents enough (and it’s not often you hear that much positive about estate agents but these break the mould). They were very realistic and didn’t just say things that they thought I wanted to hear. I was updated weekly with the progress of my purchase every step of the way. Clare, Paul and Sam have been fantastic in selling our house! We can't recommend them enough. Our house sold on the first viewing for full asking before it was even listed on rightmove/zoopla. This is because they take great care in matching buyers and sellers. Once we had accepted an offer they kept us in the loop and really helped make our sale and purchase as smooth as possible. From the initial valuation with Clare and her very honest approach, to dealing with numerous offers and prospective purchasers, their advice and knowledge was invaluable.
When I rang into the office, no matter who I spoke to, they all knew what was happening.
This personal friendly approach made me pleased to have gone with an independent and local company rather than one of the large corporate agents.

Can't recommend the team at Phillips George enough, nothing was ever too much.
Our chain had some delays and complications and without Phillips George we wouldn't have completed on the original date required, because of them we have our new home in time for Christmas.

Clare and Paul kept me informed of progress at every stage of the sale. The use of a property file software was a very useful and powerful tool to record, in real-time, information on viewings and feedback. However, I really appreciated how this was not used in isolation and that there was always a timely personal follow up call or email from Clare or Paul. Following the accepted offer Clare continued this regular contact and maintained momentum on the sale until the day of the completion. My property was probably at the lower end of the price range that Phillips George were selling at the time, however, I was always given first rate and immediate attention. If I didn't know that they were selling and managing other properties I would think I was their only client!

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
Complaints Procedure
Any complaints should be addressed in writing to The Branch Manager, Phillips George Sales & Lettings, 46 Long Street, Wigston, Leicester, LE18 2AH. Complaints will be responded to in writing with seven days of receipt. Should the initial complaint fail to be resolved at this level, Phillips George will accept adjudication by The Property Ombudsman.
