This branch of John&Co are the estate agents you hear about all the time. Although the office is in the same complex they do their best to avoid tenants when they have simple queries...probably because they are cowboys in suits. Conflicting information from different agents, no accountability, quick to take money, slow to respond on simple questions and then can't look you in the eye when they are walking around the complex. Don't do it to yourself. Made the pandemic a lot harder than it already is. When asked why a service wasn't provided one particular agent said "I wasn't aware that a family member of mine would die". Highly unprofessional and manipulative

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
