Me and my wife thought that we are dealing with a great serious agency Ascend, that they are basically the letting agency through which we are getting our new home and that they will be our landlord, that was wrong!In the end after about a week of stressfull referencing and credit check ridiculous process, we found out that the landlord is actually the agency liv difrent!We were unable to get a personal viewing and were reassured that the house is in perfect condition, we moved in on 12 april and noticed a lot of things so far, lot of scratches, cracks and spots on the walls and stairs, scratches on the floors and kitchen cabinets, we had to spend about 3 hours cleaning the whole upper part of the house with professional carpet cleaner, and 2 hours doing rest of the cleaning stuff, then we noticed that there is no internet socket so we had to call virgin media who we got a new contract with just for this house to send out an engineer who will come on thursday and install it, the heating here is causing big problems too, lets say that the thermostat is turned on to 27c so the heating turns on and stays on, heaters downstairs are on 5/5 and upstairs are 2/5 yet for whatever reason all of them both downstairs and upstairs are the same untouchable HOT temperature except the one in one room upstairs that doesnt seem to be working at all!Not to mention our 3 attempts on using the washing machine torn apart and ruined 2 towels and 1 blanket already so we suppose that something is wrong with that as well!Now we can just prepare for a ton of people coming over to do a ton of repairs while we do all the professional cleaning over and over again and wont even be able to have our peace!
