Very poor service from the start. Our house sold 1st day on the market, to a neighbour, 18th Jan2021 no associated sales or purchase did not complete until June2021.I will never use this Company again. They recommended solicitors to both buyer and seller (for which they received nearly £1k in "referral fees") As they said this will speed up the process! when both solicitors turned out to be incompetent (making a number of serious errors) Chancellors refused to any responsibility!! DO NOT USE- Its all about the commission and referral fees

Honestly save your money and go with another estate agent, these idiots don't care about you or your sale! I dealt with three different agents all equally useless, truly to contact them was frustrating, dealing with their general incompetence was annoying, if this review saves even one person for going through what we experienced I'll be happy, but ideally they'll end up going out of business!
