Macauley was friendly, knowledgeable and worked tirelessly to never leave calls, emails or questions unanswered - and he kept the entire process ticking along. Thus reassuring us and our buyers at every stage. We bought and sold with Dafydd Hardy, and Luke was also involved in helping with viewings to ensure we were able to see things in a timely manner and that nothing ever got overlooked. He too was so understanding and professional. I really felt like the entire team understood our case and worked magnificently hard to achieve our end results! We will always be thankful.
