Dafydd Hardy have been excellent from start to finish. They helped us to find our first home together which was a great price and a great location. We were able to have viewings virtually whenever we wanted and the people showing us round were very knowledgeable and polite. The rest of the process I now understand is extremely stressful but it was made so much less stressful by Macauley’s professionalism. He regularly updated us on the process and it was clear to see how hard he was trying to get things through for us. If it wasn’t Macauley it would be Luke keeping us in the loop. They are both so friendly, polite and professional. We cannot thank Macauley, Luke and the rest of Dafydd Hardy enough for all their hard work and time over the last few months.

What can I say? Dafydd Hardy have been superb from the outset with nearly 30 viewings between April 2021 and July when the property was eventually sold. A previous agent who I was with from August 2020 - March 2021 didn't produce one viewer who actually attended the property. I can only highly recommend Dafydd Hardy - their service and professionalism is second to none. Everyone I've been involved with from the outset have shown courtesy and have gone above and beyond to ensure my property was sold. Unfortunately, I can only tag 2 members of the team but everyone at the office has a 5* rating from me.

From start to finish, the professionalism, helpfulness and understanding from everyone at Dafydd Hardy was second to none.
Macauley was friendly, knowledgeable and worked tirelessly to never leave calls, emails or questions unanswered - and he kept the entire process ticking along. Thus reassuring us and our buyers at every stage.
We bought and sold with Dafydd Hardy, and Luke was also involved in helping with viewings to ensure we were able to see things in a timely manner and that nothing ever got overlooked. He too was so understanding and professional.
I really felt like the entire team understood our case and worked magnificently hard to achieve our end results!

However the business was all transacted at a distance, after one initial visit to sign the contract.
