Naoimh Leonard and staff at the Belfast Office were excellent. It was less than a week from viewing until I got the keys to the apartment. I couldn't recommend Naoimh and co any more.

Alan handled my sale from preliminary visit through to completion, and I can't praise him enough. He communicated brilliantly throughout, I was never left hanging at any point. This was crucial for me as a deaf customer as I all too often found myself having to rely on others to make phones calls on my behalf when emails went unheeded (solicitors being a case in point). This was never an issue with Alan and was HUGELY appreciated. His advice was spot on through the whole process and I was always clear about what was happening when. The turnaround for brochure and board was extremely fast and the viewings were well managed. All in all, fantastic service and I would not hesitate to recommend this branch and Alan in particular to anyone wishing to put their house on the market.
