Countrywide manage my residential letting and are completely incompetent. The shower in the flat broke three months ago and they still haven't fixed it.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.

We have built up a great relationship with Countrywide over the years and not wthout its problems as there are 56 flats in our estate. The fees are quite high but for the amount of service we demand it seems to be fair. We certainly didnt have the service with our previous agent
