I had a very difficult and drawn out sale and purchase but Lorraine from C J Hole was always on hand to update me and help with the process in a friendly, kind and efficient manner. My own estate agent (Purplebricks) and solicitor were tricky to contact, particularly in the early stages, and communication wasn't great but I can't fault C J Hole. They were keen to help the situation progress and made every effort to keep me and my seller informed. Thank you for making a tense time a little more bearable!

I have recently sold a property in Henleaze, Bristol. The service provided by CJ Hole was first class. I received regular updates on viewings and feedback from those viewings and a sale was achieved within 6 weeks of marketing. Once a sale was agreed the service provided by the sales progressor, Lorraine Banbury was absolutely fantastic. She continued to liaise with the buyer and my solicitor and I doubt that the sale would have been completed by the stamp duty deadline of 30/6/21 without her dedication and input. I have no hesitation in recommending this firm, they were worth every penny
