Excellent service from start to finish.
Everyone we met that works at Franklyn James Limehouse was professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with.
We viewed the flat with Anthony who was superb and then once we moved in we dealt with the property manager Tanzila who was absolutely amazing throughout the whole tenancy.
Always friendly, super efficient and incredibly helpful, we felt like Tanzila and the agency kept a wonderful balance of supporting both the landlord and also the tenants throughout the tenancy which is a very rare thing to find when you are a tenant. I highly recommend this agency and also Tanzila who is an outstanding agent - one of a kind.
Thanks again so much for everything during our tenancy and we have and will continue to recommend Franklyn James to friends and family.

I have been dealing with Franklyn James for over 6 years as a landlord. They fully manage my three properties and I have always found the team to be professional, prompt and very helpful.
They are very quick to respond to any queries raised.
One of the people I have dealt with, over the years is Gary (senior property manager). I have found him to be very professional, considerate and polite.
Recently, Inga, the letting property manager has been dealing with re-letting my properties. Again, she is very professional and she has sense of urgency in re-letting my properties in order to minimise void periods.
I have no hesitation in recommending Franklyn James for their services they provide.
