The director of this company is * I've ever met in my life. Nit picking over crumbs in a draw. This rogue agency should not even be allowed to rent out properties, they charge the earth and don't do anything in return. Lying horrible ** with no heart at all. Very dishonest. They are quick with anything unless it's to benefit them.

From the moment I first contacted Northwood Solihull, I found their team to be extremely helpful and professional. The rental process was smooth and efficient. Upon collecting the keys, I was provided with a comprehensive inventory document that included valuable information such as the locations of electric, gas, and water meters, as well as operating instructions for all equipment.
Northwood Solihull conducted regular property inspections at convenient times for us, ensuring minimal disruption. Any necessary repairs or improvements we requested were promptly addressed in a professional and timely manner. Before our departure, they provided us with all the information needed for a smooth check-out process. Their flexible check-out and key drop procedures accommodated our schedule, and we were pleased to receive our full deposit refund within a reasonable timeframe. Even after we had moved out, they continued to respond promptly to our inquiries.
I would like to extend a special thanks to Marie Miles for her outstanding management of this rental property. Her professionalism, focus, and dedication were invaluable. Additionally, I appreciate the support of the other team members who provided excellent assistance whenever Marie was unavailable.

My husband and I have rented from Northwood and had such a great experience. Any problem, even small, someone would come out to fix it right away. We recently applied to rent a property with this company. We were informed we did not need to pay the holding fee (via phone and email) and completed the application. We had spoken to the company that weekend to discuss move in dates and had provisionally agreed to leave our property one month early to start renting at the end of the month. 2 days later when bringing passports to the office I am told someone else has applied as I am walking out the door. We then receive a phone call 2 hours later to they have accepted another applicant. The company completely mislead us by telling us we did not need to pay the holding fee and keeping the application open without telling us, meaning we ended our tenant early without a property to go to. Staff were very blunt on phone calls and not friendly. I would certainly not recommend renting with this company.

I was a potential tennant, applied for a viewing a day after the property was advertised, had no call back so rang the office To be greeted by a woman who asked questions in one word or simple phrase, 'name' 'job' 'partner' 'children' 'pets', she then asked me when I could view, because I had specific times because of my partners working hours she ended the phone call simply with 'I'll have to phone you tomorrow I'm busy this afternoon and can't do it now' and hung the phone up. After repeated phone calls, repeated requests to book a viewing I received a voicemail yesterday saying they had already had an application on the property. Service was disgusting, attitude with a potential client was also unacceptable, we all have busy jobs but don't speak to people in that manner and then to not follow it up was terrible. Very disappointed to say the least

My name is Victoria Georgieva
I am 3rd year student on a placement abroad,but last academic year me and my roommate Maria Popova lived in an accommodation let by Nortwood Solihull.
I've changed a lot of houses and agencies for my time being in Coventry,but I haven't had such great customer service and understanding by any other agency.
If you are looking for a place to rent I believe Nortwood Solihull agency is the best place for you to do that. You won't have to worry about when and how you will receive your documents,deposit or be waiting endless hours for get a repply from an email!
The customer survice is on high level as well as having really happy and polite people trying to do their best to make your life a little better and EASIER !

Everything went perfect leaving the flat and only lost a small sum (£30) from my deposit in order to have it professional cleaned.
