Absolutely disgusting, the worst people on the face of the earth. Please stay away from them, I wouldn't take a dream flat if they were managing it. The landlord has advised them to release the deposit but Johns & Co refuse to do that, stating it's their policy. We have our final bills coming out through Direct Debit in July but they want us to pay off all the bills before then and will only release the deposit if we do so, I am not sure if this is legal. We called Communal Energy to pay the bill and were advised that Johns & Co haven't told them that we have left so we don't have a final bill, these guys are so bad it's untrue. I got an email from the landlord saying he has removed Johns & Co as the agents due to them being rubbish, he also said they don't reply to any emails, I wonder what that says about the agency, please be careful when seeing them as agents. At the time of writing this review it's day 18 since we left the flat and no sign of any deposit returned. Now just coming to the end of day 21, can’t believe how Johns & Co have treated us, please please watch out if you see them as agents, this is how they treat people.

INCOMPETENT. LAZY. RUDE. ARROGANT. IDIOTIC people work at the Royal Wharf office. The property management team is a group of LIARS. Do not ever use them when you rent a property.
