Horrific service - Did not even have a set of keys to my property, gave them to the tenant and then had none at the estate agents. My tenant has not paid for 3 months and went to serve a section 8 from the solicitors and Preston Baker had not complied to legal requirements with in their process, so the solicitor's were not comfortable serving this. This has exposed me as a landlord. Rebekkah Wanden has dealt with this is the York branch. Terrible at communicating and unpersonable. I have to chase her on a weekly basis and when I speak to her, she sounds like she's reading from a script.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
