If you care about your property, then give this company a wide berth, especially if you only have one or a small number of properties. Some of the Staff are usually polite, but, not at all attentive and it can take ages to get issues resolved. They will give you the big sell about how good they are because they are backed by Your Move blah blah. All this means is that they are too big to care, you are too little to be worried about. Letting Agents are mostly pretty poor for what you pay them, Hobbins Roberts are the worst I have come across in over 20 years of renting our properties. Thank goodness we are moving back into our home, and we'll never have to go through this stress again.
