Iana has been absolutely wonderful. She understands the market, told me what we should expect to obtain rentwise for our property which was incidentally more than we expected. She quickly got it on the market. Quickly found us some great sounding tenants at the suģgested rent. References still need to be done but so far so very good.

**** *. is incredibly unprofessional. She told me lies about the apartment (e.g. that there was a particular clause in the contract which was important to me but which she didn't actually seem to have checked with the landlord at all, and that noise wouldn't be an issue, when it most certainly has been) to get me locked in to the contract. Victorstone doesn't care about prospective tenants, just about getting you locked in as quickly as possibly, to the point where **** * repeatedly assured me of a clause that she didn't even bother to check actually existed.
You need to review everything thoroughly— don't do what I did as a first-time tenant, because they WILL lie to you.
I was also completely bombarded with messages to make the deposit— after I'd paid it and signed the contract, there was literally radio silence and unwillingness to assist me. They'll only go the extra mile when they're after your money.
Long story short: go with anyone else if you can, especially if you're dealing with **** *, who will truly say anything to get you to make that deposit. But I'd say this is reflective of the company at large, especially because, in spite of the 'no broken promises' talk, they did not offer so much as an apology for their unprofessionalism, corner-cutting and lies when I complained. Steer clear of them if you can.

Worst agency ever. we are a group of 4 italian girls who had negotiated and then payed the deposit for a house in hampstead area. the landlord kept changing her mind about our contract and trying to request all the benefits she could possibly have, including no break clause, then a higher payment than that agreed, then for us to pay 12 months upfront. we agreed to everything, she did not take the house off the market and negotiated with other clients behind our back, accepting a higher offer when we had already payed the deposit. We desperately and reluctantly offered more, as there were really few houses for 4, she accepted, sent us the contract, which we signed and resent to her. Still, the agency told us she had gone with another offer, even after we had signed the contract. We lost a week of research into other houses which were taken by other people, and were devastated by the whole experience. Incredibly dishonest and unprofessional behaviour.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN NEXT? • We will send you a letter acknowledging receipt of your complaint within 3 working days of receiving it, enclosing a copy of this procedure. • We will then investigate your complaint. This will normally be dealt with by the office branch manager who will review your file and speak to the member of staff who dealt with you. A formal written outcome of our investigation will be sent to you within 15 working days of sending the acknowledgement letter. • If, at this stage, you are still not satisfied, you should contact us again and we will arrange for a further review to take place by a senior member of staff.
