I recently sold my property with Cray and Norton. Marcel did the initial consultation and was very knowledgeable about the area and what to expect. Both Archie and Marcel handled the viewings and then Darren dealt with the administration after the offer was accepted.
The process once accepted, took around 5 months, due to delays further down the chain, but the staff at Cray & Norton were responsive to emails and chased up queries where required. I would recommend.

Excellent service and support to a bereaved family in difficult circumstances: from my first email to Cray and Norton, Darren's prompt, clear and transparent response, through the process of accessing and clearing the house, holding keys for us, Marcel providing advice and contacts for clearance etc., then marketing and finding a buyer. Cray and Norton act as rental agents on my behalf for a property in the Addiscombe area.
A high street presence and being contactable during office hours to deal efficiently with any queries arising, as a landlord is important in order to provide a good service to a landlord and more importantly, to the tenants. With new systems recently installed rental payments are promptly received.
Staff at the branch are helpful and courteous

Great letting and sales agent .
I would highly recommend using cray Norton , on lettings they manage several of my properties and always do so with great care and attention , at the same time obtaining great market rents.
I have also just sold a house via them , they found a buyer very quickly and dealt with the sale in a efficient manner , keeping me updated all along the process .
I would fully recommend using this agent for lettings and sales .
