Excellent service and support to a bereaved family in difficult circumstances: from my first email to Cray and Norton, Darren's prompt, clear and transparent response, through the process of accessing and clearing the house, holding keys for us, Marcel providing advice and contacts for clearance etc., then marketing and finding a buyer. Archie arranged the EPC for us.
