Avoid at all cost. Not only they lie to lure you in, but they are not helpful at all. First, they send over people who are not able to do the job ( even though my partner mentioned that it's not a plumber job, but it's to do with the outside drain) and now they are telling us, that the agency does not manage the property ? So why we have in the constract that of there are any issues, we have to contact the agency ? Horrible. We've raised this issue 2 months ago, and just now we receive a respond ? Horrible.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
