I share the sentiment with those with similar experiences. The experience with this agent, has been nothing but unpleasant. They were quick to take a year's worth of rental from us (during COVID) - which quite plainly could have paid our mortgage off, in our home country, but don't deem it urgent to repay us our deposit. It has now been 6 weeks and counting. Lack of understanding of the economic environment, compassion in this regard, customer service, administration capability and just plain courtesy/professionalism. I feel we have nothing but been taken advantage of... Absolutely shocking!!!!
