Absolutely unbelievable experience from Romans High Wycombe. We were with Tim Russ and had 4 viewings in 4 months (2 of which I did myself) and then we went with Romans. Absolutely unbelievable experience from Romans High Wycombe. We were with Tim Russ and had 4 viewings in 4 months (2 of which I did myself) and then we went with Romans. Aduel came over and we had a long chat and from what he promised I thought we’d go with them. He got people through the door – end of. We had plenty of viewings and within 4 months we are exchanged and completed. FANTASTIC communication, always willing to have a chat or come to our house to speak about things and when the offer came in they kept us up to date with every single step of the process. 1000% recommended if you really want to sell your house. THANKS SO MUCH ROMANS!!

They were quick to take a year's worth of rental from us (during COVID) - which quite plainly could have paid our mortgage off, in our home country, but don't deem it urgent to repay us our deposit. It has now been 6 weeks and counting. Lack of understanding of the economic environment, compassion in this regard, customer service, administration capability and just plain courtesy/professionalism.

A month after moving out romans contacted me asking for hundreds of pounds in cleaning fees. I asked for an invoice and they sent me a quote, I followed up with the cleaning company to find out that the cleaning was only quoted for and not carried out!!! A month after moving out romans contacted me asking for hundreds of pounds in cleaning fees. I asked for an invoice and they sent me a quote, I followed up with the cleaning company to find out that the cleaning was only quoted for and not carried out!!! They are still trying to charge me for cleaning that was NOT done! Complete fraud and they're threatening me with arbitration which costs me £120! AVOID
