I’ve just rented a new property and Life a residential were a great company to work with. Leo especially was professional to deal with and worked quickly to ensure I had the best opportunity to secure the tenancy. He’s a great asset to the company. The referencing process was pretty slick and Leo was kind enough to meet me at the property to do a check in. All in all, very satisfied.

We migrated to the UK few weeks back and our main concern was about finding a house to us. During our viewing day we met Leo and he showed our new home which we were looking for.. It was a yes at the first glance from me and my husband and Leo did a great job helping us to find this. He took us for a tour showing all the facilities we have the access to and did a good intro for our home. Until we get the keys for our hands he assisted us through the process and within 11 days finally we came to our new home. We are really grateful to Leo for his job.

Awful service. I'm an excellent long term tenant however the managing agents have not attended to issues in a timely manner. The fridge freezer shelving units have not been replaced since 2019 when I moved in and despite numerous f/ups. Unlike last year, rental renegotiations havent commenced despite contract expiry date in 3 wks time. Landlord for Flat 6xx Canary View, you are at risk of losing an excellent tenant shortly !!

If you decided to work with these people: try to PHOTOGRAPH EVERYTHING straight away and don't delete their emails, don't trust their staff or even their documents- - it will take time to prove you are right but with your evidence you will at least have a chance to do it! This is a sort of a company that you would actually refer to as fraudsters, they do have some nice people but the majority are unprofessional on so many levels
