I contacted Dawsons in March to enquire about putting my house up for sale. Sarah came promptly to do the valuation. Sarah was very friendly, helpful and professional. I was very impressed and decided to go ahead. Their customer service is amazing, with help and continual updates throughout. My house was soon sold. I was looking for a suitable flat for myself, and though I looked at a lot, they found the perfect one for me that fitted all my requirements. Thank you Dawsons, I will certainly be recommending you to others.

They valued my house and told me the most I could expect would be �280,000 but if I wanted a quick sale to market between �260,000 and �270,000 I thought this was a ridiculous suggestion so told them to market it for �320,000, they told me this was massively over priced and I wouldn't get...
